Position

Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

How to Apply?

Attend office from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all working days
Ensure provision of medical facilities to eligible employees and their families
Attend to emergency medical situations
Examine employees and refer them to hospitals/consultants when necessary
Scrutinize and endorse medical bills, ensuring compliance with company policy
Carry out medical examinations and issue fitness certificates for new employees
Determine employee fitness after recovery from illness
Maintain liaison with panel medical facilities
Enlist new panel medical facilities and negotiate rates
Maintain individual medical history records
Advise management on healthcare safety and precautionary measures
Provide strategic insights on healthcare trends
Work scope includes Lahore Office and related branch office matters
Perform other medical facility-related functions as assigned
Be available online/on the phone after office hours for emergencies
Terms and Conditions: The appointment is purely on a retainership basis.
The appointment can be terminated with one month's notice or payment in lieu thereof.
The CMO will not be a permanent or contract employee of NICL.
Remuneration will be accounted for as a medical/administrative expense with withholding tax deductions.
