Scope of Work:

• Chief Internal Auditor will be responsible for managing all the affairs of Internal Audit Department.

• Develop the operational framework and procedures for an effective internal auditing system.

• Develop yearly internal audit plans for all key activities and ensure compliance with statutory obligations, requirements of various laws applicable.

• Analyze effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes and system controls to improve and propose recommendations.

• The candidate must have strong knowledge of public sector financial regulation, compliance, and reporting requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate must be,

• a member of a recognized body of professional accountants having qualification of CA/FCMA from reputed local or international University/Institute.

• having minimum 10 years post qualification experience with at least five years relevant experience, in auditing and risk management, designing of internal control procedures, effective compliance of financial reliability in public/private sector with understanding of governance, risks and risks controls. Experience in SOEs will be preferred.

• only Pakistani nationals are eligible to apply, including dual nationals who also hold Pakistani nationality;

Age:

• Maximum age limit is 55 years on the closing date of application.

Remunerations:

• As decided by the Board of Directors.
