(NESPAK) invites sealed Proposals on Single Stage Two
Envelope bidding procedure from Pakistani consulting firms
registered with registered with Pakistan Engineering Council
(PEC) and who are on Active Taxpayers List of Federal Board
of Revenue, for the services of "Detailed Android-Based
Physical Bulk Customer's/ Consumer's Survey for Water
Flow-Metering" in the controlled/service areas of Karachi
Water and Sewerage Board (KW&SB), as sub-consultant
under the technical oversight of NESPAK as the Consultant
of the Project.
Method of selection will be Least Cost Based
Selection.
Request for Proposal (RFP) document, containing detailed
terms and conditions, etc. are available at the office mentioned here below. Price of the RFP document is Rs.
1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) RFP document can
also be downloaded from NESPAK (www.nespak.com.pk)
and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk) website free of cost.
The Proposals (comprising the technical Proposal and the
Financial Proposal), prepared in accordance with the
instructions in the RFP document, must reach at the address
given below on or before March 02, 2023 up to 11:00 am.
The technical Proposals will be opened on the same day at
11:30 am.
