Positions Available:
Assistant Director (Age Limit: 37 years)
Deputy Assistant Director (Age Limit: 30 years)
Educational Background:
For both positions, a Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
A Master's degree (18 years of education) in a relevant field is preferred for the Assistant Director position.
All degrees must be recognized and attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Professional Experience and Skills:
Assistant Director:
Preferably 5 years of experience in managing large-scale projects in the public sector or multinational organizations.
PMP certification is preferred.
Skills include providing program oversight and strategic support, preparing reports, managing risks, engaging with stakeholders, evaluating customer reviews, and conducting project management tasks.
Deputy Assistant Director:
Preferably 2 years of experience in managing large-scale projects.
PMP certification is preferred.
Similar skills as the Assistant Director, but with a focus on project management tasks.
Job Location:
Islamabad
Terms and Conditions:
The initial contract is for 5 years, extendable if required.
Management reserves the right to accept or reject applications.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
Candidates providing false information will be disqualified.
Government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
A 5-year age relaxation is already included in the age limits.
Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
No travel or daily allowances (TA/DA) will be provided for the interview.
Attested degrees from HEC must be provided at the interview.
