We Are Hiring
NADRA, under the provisions of Regulation 9, 10 and 11 of the NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following position:
Position & Age:
Deputy Director (Monitoring & Evaluation)
Age (Max): 50 Years
Educational Background:
Minimum Bachelor's degree (4 Years) or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
Master's degree will be preferred.
Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC.
Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies:
At least 5 years post qualification with field operations experience in intelligence setups and forensic investigations, with a clean service record.
Intelligence, law enforcement, and forensic investigation courses from reputable institutions will be preferred.
Experience of senior management role in Pakistani Law Enforcement Agencies, Intelligence Bureau (IB), Police, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Armed Forces, and others.
Strong leadership, management, and strategic planning skills.
Job Location: Islamabad, Gilgit Baltistan, Muzaffarabad (AJK), Gwadar, Quetta, Karachi.
Terms & Conditions:
- Selected candidates will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
- Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- Candidates shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
- Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
- 5 years' relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
- Selected candidates shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
- No TA/DA will be admissible.
- Attested degrees from the Higher Education Commission (HEC)/ relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of the interview.
- Females, Minorities, Transgenders, and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
