Intermediate, preferably Bachelor's degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized University

Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a relevant field. Skills & Competencies: * Meet assigned business targets by implementing effective sales and business strategies. * Actively monitor franchisee business performance for assigned products and ensure alignment with company objectives. * Maintain up-to-date records of all franchisees within the designated jurisdiction, including performance metrics and compliance status. * Identify and assess potential areas for business growth and expansion of the franchise network. * Conduct ground verifications of potential franchisees, provide necessary product training, and ensure smooth deployment of new franchisees. * Conduct visits to franchisees to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory guidelines, and operational standards. * Establish and maintain close liaison with companies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to foster business development and partnerships. * Prepare and present reports on franchisee performance, business growth, and compliance adherence to management. * Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple tasks. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.
