Term The legal advisor will be appointed for two years.

The subject approval shall be Secretary Law Department Punjab

And the appointment of Advocate will be done according to Punjab Local Council (Legal Adviser) Rules (2003).

Other conditions:

1. The appointment of Legal Adviser to the Municipal Committee Mamun Kanjan may be made on one month's notice or on the prior approval of the Government.

2 Interview will not be notified separately. Nor will TADA be granted for interview.

-3 The Municipal Committee Mamun Kanjan will have the power to reject the application without assigning any reason

The appointment will be made under the Punjab Local Government (Legal Adviser) Rules 2003 by Govt.As per Nowruz if issued or other instructions to be issued.

Legal Adviser Municipal Committee to give legal advice on behalf of Mamun Kanjan and all cases and other matters assigned to him.
