Terms of appointment as per Govt instructions

1 as well as a lawyer with license from the Supreme Court of Pakistan and one year of experience in Barcoons for legal advisor. He will be eligible to apply.

2 The monthly allowance for Center Legal Adviser subject to the approval of the Law Department will be Rs.25000.

3- No separate compensation will be given for seeking legal opinion on behalf of the institution.

The institution shall not be authorized to appear or advise in any other case pending against it.

5 Certified copies of educational qualifications and experience must be attached with the application.

A copy of the application should also be sent to Mr. Secretary, Law Department, Government of Punjab, Civil Secretariat, Lahore.
