How to Apply?
- Applications are invited for the Punjab Legal Advice Rules 2003 under the following conditions. Applications must reach Municipal Committee Kahror Pakka on or before 16-12-2024.
- Applications will not be considered. Applicant's educational qualification should be BA-LLB and advocate with at least 5 years or more experience in civil courts.
- Also preference will be given to candidates having experience in local government affairs.
- The Municipal Committee will scrutinize the applications and send its recommendations to the Punjab Government. whose decision will be final and irrevocable. 3- The applicant will send his application along with the certified copy (National Identity Card, Education Certificate, Domicile, Lawyer License etc.) by post to the name of the Ad Manager, Municipal Committee, Kahrur Pakka. A copy of the application will be forwarded to Mr. Secretary, Department of Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Government of Punjab, Lahore.
- Petitioner Municipal Committee shall not pursue any case against the opposite party of Kehror Pakka. H - The services of the legal advisor may be terminated due to the expiry of the appointment period or unsatisfactory performance during the appointment. Against which there will be no right of appeal. - Other conditions Punjab Local Government Rules of Legal Advertisements 2003 and instructions issued by the Government from time to time shall also be bound to be followed.
