Position
How to Apply?
- Applications are invited for the position of Part-Time Legal Advisor (under the Legal Advisor Rules 2003) for a term of two years to handle cases for the Municipal Committee Kabirwala.
- The requirements are as follows:
- Advocate of the Supreme Court with 20 years of experience.
- The Legal Advisor will be responsible for personally appearing in the High Court and other relevant courts/offices within Punjab to defend the cases filed by or against the Municipal Committee.
- Failure to attend court hearings may result in termination of the contract.
- The monthly salary is PKR 40,000, as per the approval of the Government of Punjab Law and Parliamentary Affairs Department.
- TA/DA will be provided as per Legal Advisor Rules 2003 for appearances in the Supreme Court.
- The Legal Advisor will be responsible for handling all pending and ongoing cases of the Municipal Committee Kabirwala.
- Interested candidates should send their applications along with three passport-size photographs and a complete CV by April 15, 2025, to the office of the Municipal Committee Kabirwala via mail. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Note: A copy of the application must also be sent directly to the Secretary, Law and Parliamentary Affairs Department, Government of Punjab, Lahore. The final approval will be granted by the Secretary.
