Position
How to Apply?
- Candidates should send their applications along with copies of relevant documents to the Administrator, Municipal Committee Essa Khel. A copy should also be sent to the Secretary Law Department, Government of Punjab, Lahore.
- Experience and Age:
- The candidate for the legal advisor position should have a minimum of five years of experience as a lawyer and as a member of the District Mianwali Bar Association by the application deadline.
- Term:
- The appointment of the legal advisor will be for two years, subject to the approval of the Secretary Law Department Punjab and will be implemented according to the Punjab Local Council (Legal Advisor) Rules 2003.
- Other Conditions:
- The appointment of a legal advisor for the Municipal Committee Essa Khel can be terminated with one month's notice or in compliance with the mentioned rules, subject to the prior approval of the government.
- Separate notification will not be issued for the interview, nor will TA/DA be provided for the interview.
- The Municipal Committee Essa Khel reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
- The appointment will be made under the Punjab Local Government (Legal Advisor) Rules 2003. Any amendments or new instructions issued by the government will be implemented from the date of their enforcement.
- Duties: The legal advisor will be responsible for providing legal advice and handling all cases and matters assigned to them by the Municipal Committee Essa Khel and will be required to pursue the cases.
