1. Candidate must be an Advocate(B.A. LLB) who has been practicing as such for not less than 5-years.

2. The remuneration will be paid i.e Rs. 25,000/- Per Month.

TA/DA will beadmissible as per prevailing law in case of appearance before the courts outside District Mandi Bahauddin.

3. He will offer comments/legal advice on all matters referred to him by ML Malakwal. Further, he will have to appear before the High Courts, Punjab Service Tribunal, Labour Court, Provincial Ombudsman. Civil Courts, or other Legal Courts/Forums where all the litigations will be pending against the MC Malakwal.

4. The appointment will be on temporary basis, for two years subject to the approval of the Secretary, Govt. of the Punjab, Law & Parliamentary Affairs,Lahore.

5. The candidates shall have complete command over speaking, writing skills ofEnglish as well as Urdu Language.

6. Any other information regarding appointment can be ascertained from the office of the undersigned during office hours.
7. Interested candidates have to submit their applications alongwith attested Copies of CNIC, Educational, experience certificates, Pictures (02Nos) and other relevant documents to the office of the Chief Officer, MC Malakwal and also sent the copy of same to the Secretary, Govt. of the Punjab, Law & Parliamentary Affairs, Lahore.
