Term of Appointment:
- The appointment is for two years, subject to the approval of the Secretary Law Department, Punjab, and will be in accordance with the Punjab Local Council (Legal Advisor) Rules 2003.

Other Conditions: The appointment can be terminated with a one-month notice or immediately with government approval.
- No separate notification for interviews will be issued, and no TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
- The Municipal Committee Kamar Mushani reserves the right to reject any application without stating a reason.
- The appointment will be governed by the Punjab Local Government (Legal Advisor) Rules 2003 and any subsequent amendments or guidelines issued by the government.
- Duties:

The legal advisor will provide legal advice and handle all cases and matters assigned by the Municipal Committee Kamar Mushani, including court appearances.
