In case of lapse of the above conditions, the appointment of legal advisor shall be terminated.

The Government may terminate the appointment of the Legal Adviser at any time on one month's notice or payment of honorarium or likewise the Legal Adviser may withdraw.

The advisor shall not be bound to submit the answers to any false statements filed against the Bhairah Municipal Committee by writing a motion and submitting them to the court and the related arbitration claim.

A report of the cases will be provided to the legal advisor. If the Legal Adviser has to go to any other place outside District Sargodha to follow the cases, his/her separate TAIDA will be paid as per law.
