Qualifications
For M.Phil. (Molecular Medicine - PCMD): M.Sc. or four years B.S. degree in Biochemistry / Genetics / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Medical Technology / Biomedical Engineering / Physiology / Zoology, or equivalent professional degrees such as M.B.B.S. / B.S. / B. Pharm. and Pharm. D. or equivalent qualification with at least second division from an HEC recognized university/institution. Candidates with M.B.B.S., B.D.S., D.V.M. or equivalent must successfully complete 15-Credit Hours Courses (300-600 Level) before undertaking 24-Credit Hour M.Phil. Courses (700 Level). For Ph.D. (Molecular Medicine - PCMD): M.Phil., M.Pharm., or equivalent qualification in Biochemistry / Genetics / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Medical Technology / Biomedical Engineering / Physiology / Zoology from an HEC recognized university/institution. For M.Phil. (Chemistry/Pharmacology - HEJ/TWC): M.Sc. / B.S. (Four Years) in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Biochemistry / Applied Chemistry / B. Pharm. / Pharm. D. or equivalent with at least second division from an HEC recognized university/institution. Admission prospectus and Karachi University Entrance Test Form can be downloaded from www.uok.edu.pk / http://iccs.edu/page-academics. Complete application form along with required documents and processing fee of Rs. 8000/- must be submitted in the Academic Coordination Office (Room No. WO-2) from Monday, June 29, 2026 to Wednesday, July 08, 2026. List of eligible candidates for Karachi University Entrance Test will be displayed on website (www.uok.edu.pk / http://iccs.edu/page-academics) on Monday, July 20, 2026. Eligible candidates must collect Admit Cards during July 23, 2026 to July 24, 2026 from the Academic Coordination Office (Room No. WO-2). Karachi University Entrance Test will be held on Sunday, July 26, 2026 at 09:30 a.m. with Admit Card and Original CNIC. List of candidates who passed the Entrance Test will be announced on website on Sunday, August 02, 2026.
