Candidates shall submit duly completed application on prescribed form along with (2) copies of supporting documents, CNIC and Photographs
Original Bank Challan/Deposit slip paid in Mir Chakar Khan Rind University of Technology, Dera Ghazi Khan Account No.01067902785101 (Habib Bank Limited, Main Branch, Ders Chazi Khan) of amounting as application processing fee Rs. 3000 for the posts of BPS-17 & above, Rs. 1000/- for the posts BPS-14 to 16 shall also be attached with the application
