How to Apply?
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prescribed application form can be download from the website (https://www.mcut.edu.pk).
Candidates shall submit duly completed application on prescribed form in triplicate (03) for
Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Lecturer and duplicate (02) for non-
teaching posts along with copies of supporting documents, CNIC and Photographs.
A Pay order/bank Draft, drawn in favor of Treasurer, Mir Chakar Khan Rind University
of Technology, Dera Ghazi Khan as application processing fee Rs. 3000/- for the posts of
BPS-17 & above, Rs. 1000/- for the posts BPS-05 to 16 and Rs. 500/- for the posts below
BPS-05 shall also be submitted with the application.
Persons already employed should submit their applications through proper channel or provide
NOC from the employer.
Applicants are directed to clearly mention the name of the post applying for on the top right
corner of the envelope.
Applicants will have to use different envelopes and have to pay separate application
processing fee in case of applying for more than 01 posts.
Age relaxation shall be admissible as per policy of the Government.
TADA shall not be admissible to the candidates.
Applications received through Registered Mail/Courier shall be considered. By hand
applications will not be accepted.
The applications complete in all respects must reach in office of the Registrar latest by
24-07-2023 (Monday) 3:30 PM.
Incomplete/unsigned applications or application not on prescribed format or applications
received after due date will not be entertained even if posted before the last date.
List of Eligible and ineligible candidate shall be displayed on the website and University
notice
Only Eligible and short listed candidates shall be called for interview by e-mail/telephonic.
The University reserves the rights to withdraw or leave unfilled any vacancy without
assigning any reasons thereof. And short list the candidates on the basis of academic merit/test score as may be prescribed by the University.
