How to Apply?
RFP documents, including requirements, description of the assignment, terms of reference (ToRs), tenure, and evaluation criteria, are available on E-PADS.
The selection process will follow a single-stage two-envelope method, involving separate technical and financial proposals, as per the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules of 2004.
Electronic RFP responses, prepared according to the instructions in the RFP documents, must be submitted via E-PADS within 15 days of the advertisement's publication.
The proposals will be opened on February 27, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the committee room of the Ministry of National Food Security and Research in Islamabad.
Hard copy submissions are not accepted.
