The Ministry reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason and increase or decrease the number of positions as per vacancy under the rules.

2. Job Description/TORs against each post can be seen on the Ministry's website i.e. www.commerce.gov.pk.

3. Application Form can be filled-in directly through the application portal available on the website of the Ministry of
Commerce (https://careers.commerce.gov.pk/recruitment2024).

4. Application on the prescribed format shall be submitted only through "Online Application Form" available at MoC's Job Portal within 15 days from the date of advertisement.

5.Attested copy of CNIC, detailed CV along with the Printout of Online submitted Application Form MUST reach the following address, either by Pakistan Post or any other courier service.

Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.

Incomplete application or application received after the deadline will be rejected.

8.Concealing the facts and any direct or indirect pressure for appointment would lead to be disqualification of the candidates. If any candidate found ineligible he/she will be disqualified at any stage of the recruitment processeven after the appointment.
