- Experience:
- • Fresh Graduates (candidates with experience may also apply)
- Qualification:
- • Minimum Bachelor's degree from a well-reputed university
- • Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred
- Age:
- • Up to 30 Years
- • 2 years' age relaxation for the following candidates:
- -Hafiz-e-Quran
- - Who have completed their Dars-e-Nizami or Shahadat-ul-Alamiyah and possess an HEC Equivalency Lette
- - Differently-abled persons
- Required Skills:
- • Excellent communication skills (fluent in Urdu & English)
- • Good interpersonal skills
- • Capable of working under pressure and in shifts Key Responsibilities:
- • To provide outstanding 24/7 customer service over the phone.
- •Cater to customer's banking requests, answer or escalate customer's queries & process
- complaints related to products and services.
- • Maintain a strong communication channel via constant coordination with nationwide branches and
