Positions Available:

• HR Officer (Equivalent to BPS-16):

  2 Male, 1 Female
  • Requirements: Master's degree (16 years of education) in Human Resources from a HEC-recognized university, minimum 2-3 years of HR management experience (preferably in a reputable tertiary care hospital), and computer literacy.

• HR Assistant (Equivalent to BPS-14):

  4 Male, 2 Female
  • Requirements: Master's degree (16 years of education) in Human Resources from a HEC-recognized university, relevant experience preferred, and computer literacy and report writing skills.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The service will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and MTI Regulations.
2. Upon appointment, the candidate will become a full-time institutional employee and must submit a resignation from any other employment.
3. Candidates will be disqualified for perjury in their documents/credentials.
4. The institution reserves the right to change the number of positions.
5. Applicants for multiple positions must apply separately for each.
6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
7. Minority quotas will be observed as per government policy.
8. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
