CV along with all relevant documents and two recent color photographs duly attested must reach the office of PPP Unit Head / Special Secretary, Local Government & Housing Town Planning Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi, Tughlaq House, Annexe Building, Sindh Secretariat, Karachi within 20 days of publication of this advertisement.
Only shortlisted candidates would be called for test and Interview.
There will be no TA/DA to be paid to any interested candidate for test or interview
The Applicant is expected to provide input into all Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects primarily from civil engineering perspective and explicit/implicit financial costs to the government.
Assist in Project Identification, project preparation. Selection of Private sector Partners, negotiate and help to finalize the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Assist in feasibility study of project, Initial environmental examination, environmental Impact assessment, in line with industrial international best practices.
Analyze principally civil engineering scope of Work (mechanical and electrical as an add- on if need be) from the feasibility, transaction advisory stage and thereafter monitoring of works in coordination with the Independent Engineer and Line Department(s). Coordinate between transaction advisors, PPP Unit.
Lenders and GoS on the project structuring if required.
Oversee progress on various stages of projects at Administrative Department's level. Assist in developing financial models and calculations such as EIRR.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Head PPP Node, Local Government and Housing Town Planning Department, Goverment of Sindh.
PPP Node Local Government may with approval of competent authority cancel this recruitment process without any notice at any stage.
