Ph.D./ M.Phil. in Architectural Conservation or Heritage Management from an HEC/ PCATP-recognized institution will be preferred. Must be registered with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP).

Ph.D./ M.Phil. in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Project Management, Development Studies, Statics, Economics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution. Certification or training in M&E or Results-Based Management will be an added advantage.

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in public sector development projects or donor-funded programs. Demonstrated experience in designing M&E systems, logical frameworks, and evaluation methodologies. Field-level experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting is highly desirable.
