Detailed CV, 4 Passport size photographs, copy of identification like CNIC, NICOP, Passport etc, b. Copies of Educational Degrees / Certificates, experience certificates, Professional reference letters c. Declaration for their fitness / eligibility to act as CEO as per Fit & proper Criteria of SOE Act, 2023 on Rs. 100/- non judicial stamp paper as per prescribed format given on LESCO website
