Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 15 years of total experience, including 10 years in the power sector.

Strong knowledge of competitive electricity markets, regulatory frameworks, and legal issues.

Proficiency in financial modeling, project management, and contract management.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Remuneration: Market-based salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Contract Period: Three years, extendable based on performance.
