Position
- Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Company: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Transmission & Grid System Company (KPT & GSC)
- Location: Peshawar, with the possibility of relocation within Pakistan.
- Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognized university, registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). A Master's degree in a related field or an MBA is advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in the power sector, including significant experience in Extra High Voltage (EHV) transmission and grid networks, leadership roles, and managing large-scale projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic decision-making, project management, and stakeholder management skills, along with knowledge of regulatory policies.
- Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2.
- Salary: Market competitive, commensurate with governance scales.
- Age Limit: Maximum 62 years.
- Contract: Initially for three years, subject to annual performance appraisal.
