Applications are invited from suitable female candidates for appointment on a contract basis against specially approved posts of Lady Health Worker BPS-5 in Charsadda District under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Workers Program for Family Planning and Primary Healthcare "Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Population of Lady Health Workers and Standardization Act 2014". The names of the villages and Union Councils and the list of previously identified vacant positions will be available on the notice board of the District Health Officer Charsadda. Recruitment will be done on merit in the following Union Councils:

Preference given to women with community development experience. Candidates should be willing to provide services from their homes, which will be called a Health House. Ensure effective links between the community and the healthcare delivery system.

Terms and Conditions:

Only female candidates holding domicile of Charsadda district and permanent residents of the concerned Union Council and area are eligible to apply.
Application forms will be available at the District Health Officer Charsadda's office. Only applications submitted on the prescribed Application Form will be processed.
Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be considered.
After scrutiny of all applications, only eligible candidates will be allowed to appear for a written test.
Shortlisted candidates who secure at least 50% marks in the written test will be called for an interview. Original documents must be provided at the time of the interview.
Residential status will be verified through spot verification after the recommendation of the Selection Committee. Any misrepresentation of the area will be dealt with according to the rules.
Government and semi-government employees should submit their applications through the proper channel.
The number of posts may be increased or decreased based on need and availability of vacancies.
The Selection Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
The last date for submission of applications is 25 May 2025. Applications received after this date will not be entertained.
No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
The age limit will be calculated according to the current government rules.
Candidates must bring their original CNIC and all educational certificates, domicile, and experience certificates at the time of the interview.
The recruitment process will be conducted in a transparent and merit-based manner.
