Key Job Details

• Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
• Tenure: 04-year contract, extendable based on performance. 
• Job Profile: Responsible for managing technical operations, infrastructure service, business process optimization, and ensuring delivery of high-quality service. 
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) or a BS from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). 
• Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years overall, with at least 05 years in a Senior Management Position in a relevant field.
  • For government employees: At least 05 years on BPS-18 or above.
  • For private sector: 05 years at the rank of Resident Engineer, Project Engineer, or higher. 
• Age Limit: Maximum 65 years (preferred age is 61 or younger).
