2- Applicants who meet the following requirements should apply for the above posts:
- Educational qualifications (as required under the relevant recruitment rules), attested copies of CNIC, Domicile, PRC, Form D, License, any other documents (as required under the relevant recruitment rules) along with two passport size photographs should be sent to P.O Box No. 7764, Saddar, Karachi.
- The age of the applicants will be calculated as of the last date of application submission, as provided under the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. However, a five-year relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided as notified by the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department under its Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD) 5-64/2011 (Part-II) dated 06.03.2025.
- The share of the quota reserved for initial appointment will be followed according to the policy of the Government of Sindh.
- Applicants who are already in government service must obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
- Appointments will be made according to the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 23.04.2023 and under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its Rules, as amended from time to time.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Original documents will be required at the time of the interview.
- Candidates will be notified about the interview call via newspaper after verification of all documents.
- No TA/DA will be given for the interview.
