Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering. Higher qualifications will be given preference.

The candidate should be a highly experienced retired Army Officer not below the rank of Brigadier with at least 24 years of distinguished service who should have completed the Pakistan Staff Course and served in an intelligence setup.

Note:
The selected candidate will be offered a 3-year contract employment, extendable by mutual consent, with a market-based salary and other benefits commensurate with experience and company policy.
In the case of a foreign degree, an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided.
