How to Apply?

• Minimum 14-18 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national / multinational organization, with at least 5-7 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
• Knowledge of payment services or digital payment data will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience and deep understanding of FinTech trends, technologies, and regulations, with a track record of strategic positioning.
• Preferably, experience of FinTech applications development and launch in the local and/or international market.
• Visionary leader capable of identifying market gaps, innovating solutions and executing growth-driven strategies.
• Strong financial management skills, making sound decisions to optimize resources and drive profitability.
• Proficient in project management methodologies, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project execution.
• Proficient in leveraging technology and data insights to inform product development and enhance user experiences.
• Proven track record in digital product management.
• Strong networking skills and relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• The candidate should not be more than 50 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
