Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
Ph.D. in Analytical Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related disciplines. Advanced certifications in forensic methodologies/laboratory management are preferred.
Experience:
15+ years post-Ph.D. experience in forensic applications. 10+ years of laboratory work as a Bench Analyst in DNA profiling, toxicological, or trace evidence analysis. Expertise in managing ISO/IEC 17025-accredited forensic labs and quality assurance systems.
Research:
8+ peer-reviewed publications, including 3 in international journals, in biochemistry or forensic sciences.
