TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- All applications must be submitted online through the Punjab Job Portal at After successful submission, candidate is required to take a printout of the application and send it along with attested copies of all relevant documents, to the undersigned by the due date.
- It is the sole responsibility of the correctness of the data given in the on-line application which will rest absolutely on the Applicant only.
- Experience against the applied post shall be considered as "Post-Qualification Experience". The Applicant must mention the relevant experience required for the post.
- Applicant having a foreign degree, will have to submit the equivalence certificate issued from HEC, Islamabad.
- Recruitment shall be strictly governed under the Contract Appointment Policy, 2004, and the Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- Candidates shall be shortlisted according to the prescribed eligibility criteria. A merit list will be prepared strictly in accordance with the Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews for posts at Sr. No. 1-6. For posts at Sr. No. 7-11, shortlisted candidates will first be required to appear in a proficiency test. Only those qualifying the test will be called for interviews.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected.
- Candidates holding valid domicile of the Punjab Province are eligible to apply for the above-mentioned posts.
- The advertised positions are purely on a contract basis, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and as per the terms of the agreement.
- A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the relevant competent authority is mandatory for Government / Semi-Government employees applying for these posts.
- Punjab Charities Commission, Home Department, reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for test / interview.
- Applications must be submitted by 25th October, 2025. Applications received after the due date will not be considered.
