Qualification and Experience: Law Graduate from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan or a Barrister of England and Ireland, with two years' experience as Advocate/Lawyer OR in case of Law Officer holding regular post of BPS-17 and above, having two years' service at his credit. ** Law Officer means:

A person serving on a regular post as full time Assistant, Deputy or District Attorney; or Prosecutor; or in any department authorized to conduct full time prosecution on behalf of the Government; or an employee of the Superior Court.Age: Between 23 to 35 years, which shall be dealt with in accordance with Rule-13 of Balochistan Judicial Officers Service Rules, 2021.Gender: Both male and female are eligible.

a) The candidate must be acquiring local/domicile certificate of Balochistan Province. b) Required Documents: (one attested copy of each document) Prescribed Application Form; All verified educational documents from concerned Board/University; Attested and verified certificate of Local/Domicile of Balochistan Province; Attested CNIC; Fresh 05x passport size pictures; Lower Court License; High Court License (if any); Fresh Experience Certificate duly issued from concerned Bar Council; OR Fresh Service Certificate/NOC duly issued from Head of the Department concerned alongwith his/her previous appointment Order(s)/Notification(s) (in case of in-service candidate), as the case may be. c) Eligibility of the candidates shall be determined after scrutiny of applications.

d) The complete Application Forms alongwith attachments must reach to the Examination Cell of Administration Branch, High Court of Balochistan, Quetta by hand or through Courier Service, i.e. TCS/UMS/OCS etc., from 13.02.2024 to 18.03.2024 during office hours. d)Syllabus and Application Forms to be collected from the Examination Cell, Administration Branch, High Court of Balochistan, Quetta; OR can be downloaded from the official website, i.e. www.bhc.gov.pk e)The schedule of Written Test will be announced later on.

The eligible candidates can collect the Date Sheet and their Roll Number Slips from the Examination Cell of Administration Branch of this Court a week prior to the examination date, which will be announced and published later.g) No TA/DA will be admissible
