CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
The Health Department, Government of Balochistan, invites applications from qualified and motivated professionals for the following positions under the Health Sector Reforms & Management Unit (HSRMU). These positions are offered purely on a contract basis under the Project Pay Scale (PPS), as per Federal/Provincial project recruitment policy.

Minimum 10 years' experience in public health project management (public/private). Responsible for planning, budgeting, performance analysis, coordination, and reporting. Assist Secretary Health in strategic implementation, financial analysis, and inter-agency coordination. |

Masters in Health Economics, Public Health, or Finance |
Minimum 10 years' experience in health financing, costing, and budgeting. Develop financing models, conduct costing and expenditure analysis, support resource mobilization, and liaise with MoF and partners. |

Procurement Specialist (PPS-10) |
45 yrs |
Masters in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Public Health |
Minimum 10 years' experience in procurement/supply chain management. Manage procurement planning, bidding, compliance, vendor coordination, and e-procurement processes. |

Masters in Health Informatics, Public Health, or Statistics |
Minimum 10 years' experience in digital health systems (e.g., DHIS2). Lead HIS strengthening, data integration, quality assessments, dashboards, and data-driven reporting. |

Master's degree in Public Health, Mass Communication, Development Studies, Social/Behavioral Sciences, or related field. Additional training/certification in SBC/BCC, health communication, or digital communication will be an asset. |
Minimum 07 years' experience in behavior change communication, preferably within public health programs at provincial or district level. Experience in designing and implementing multi-channel communication strategies, developing IEC materials, leading community engagement campaigns, and coordinating with government and development partners. |
