Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

a) Lead and ensure implementation of the policies of the Government, decisions of the Board and directions conveyed from the Health Department. <br> b) Manage the administration, operations and functions of the hospital in an effective and efficient manner. <br> c) Oversee and coordinate the work of administrative, clinical and technical staff of the hospital. <br> d) Act as the principal accounting officer responsible and accountable for the management of the hospital and ensure effective utilization investment of the funds, carry out its audit and manage proper record of the assets. <br> e) Prepare and present the carry out gap analysis for the hospital infrastructure, Training Need Assessment, improvement of proposed health care service delivery, strategic and operational plans for review and approval of the BoG. <br> f) Assist the hospital in strategic thinking, planning and leadership and implement its policies manage day to day affairs, petty cash and administrative affairs of the hospital. <br> g) Provide leadership to the senior management and direction to all staff. <br> h) Convey and coordinate formulation of meetings, minutes, and execution of decisions, maintain record in the hospital.

Qualification: MBBS/BDS along with a postgraduate degree in public health registered with PMDC. <br> Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the hospital administration or public health.
