(1) Domicile and identity card of all candidates must have permanent residence of Shen Dand Sub Tehsil Dara Ko Hot, otherwise the application will not be considered.

The policy, rules and regulations and keeping in view the ground realities will be as per the Health Department Ordinance dated January 2009.

(3) If there is any change in the recruitment procedure by the Government after the publication of this advertisement, the Selection Committee shall Will be bound to act accordingly.

(4) The undersigned shall have authority to recruit candidates for all vacant posts or less, which shall not be challenged in any court of law.

(5) No application or appeal shall be entertained in case of vacancy after issue of appointment order.

(6) No travel expenses will be paid to the candidates for the test and interview.

(7) Original documents must be produced on the day of interview.

(8) Telephone call will be made for interview only on one day.

(9) The driver must have at least Matric pass, possess a renewed LTV license, attested documents attached with the application or his application will not be considered, further the original on the day of test interview. Be sure to bring the documents with you otherwise you will be considered ineligible. The driver's test can be taken anywhere on any vehicle.

(10) If any candidate's credentials are found to be fake, legal action will be taken against him and he will be considered ineligible for government service in future.

(11) Minority quota is 0.5%. Note: Candidates must bring valid polio and covid certificate otherwise they will be considered ineligible for the interview.
