- 1. Application along with CV, copy of CNIC, Two Passport size latest photographs and attested relevant documents to be sent through registered post within 15 days of this advertisement to the office of the undersigned. Incomplete/application received after due date shall not be considered.
- 2. Tenure of office and other terms and condition of the positions shall be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act, 2015 and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2020.
- 3. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
- 4. Candidates already in Govt, service should apply through proper channel.
- They would be required to produce NOC at the time of interview.
- 5. Applicant shortlisted for interview shall present his/her original documents along with a set of attested copies of degree/certificate etc.
- 6. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in interview.
