Vacancies for Doctors on Fixed Pay Scale (SPS)
Applications are invited from suitable and eligible candidates for walk-in interviews for recruitment to vacant posts on fixed pay scale (SPS) in various medical departments in the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, and female candidates can submit applications to the office of Secretary Health Gilgit-Baltistan by August 21, 2025.

Terms & Conditions:
- Eligible candidates with clean shaven faces should submit their applications along with attested copies of documents (including domicile, academic certificates, experience certificates, and mobile number) to the office of Secretary Health Gilgit-Baltistan, Jutial Gilgit by August 21, 2025. Candidates must have permanent registration from PM&DC.
- Candidates who do not submit the required attested documents to the office of Secretary Health Gilgit-Baltistan, Jutial Gilgit by August 21, 2025, will not be allowed to participate in the interview.
- Government employees should submit their applications through the proper channel of their respective departments.
- The date of walk-in interviews for eligible candidates will be announced later.
- The fixed monthly remuneration for doctors at all posted locations will be Rs. 350,000.
- The fixed monthly remuneration for Medical Officers and Lady Medical Officers will be Rs. 80,000, while for Assistant Medical Officers it will be Rs. 150,000.
- Recruitment will be purely on a temporary basis for a period of one year on a fixed pay scale. If no extension is granted at the end of the first year, the employment will be deemed automatically terminated.
- Appointments will be made on a temporary basis on a fixed pay scale, and selected candidates will have no right to claim transfer of their services in any forum or court.
- The aforementioned posts are based on the need of the Gilgit-Baltistan Health Department and are subject to the approval of the competent authority.
- The selection committee reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
