i. Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Public Health ii. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the humanitarian sector iii. Excellent command of written and spoken English, and spoken Urdu and Pashto iv. Good command over communication, and having strong analytical abilities and report writing skills v. Ability to travel frequently to remote project locations
