(a) Dismissal from any Government institution as punishment.

b) Convicted by a court of law for any immoral offense in financial matters. Rules and Regulations

(a) No salary or gratuity will be paid in this post.

(b) The Discipline and Punishment Act, 1973 shall apply.

(p) If the party wishes to quit or dismiss the service, he shall give one month's notice.
