Term and Conditions
Following are the requirements of the application.
(1) Application as per the prescribed Juma Patal Form) which can be obtained by the candidates from the Frontier Corps Hospital. (2) Attested photocopy of National Identity Card -

The following facilities will be provided to the selected candidates:-
(1) Proposed VTADA will be issued on going to another place on official duty. (2) Annual leave facility as per the norms of federal civil government employees
(3) Farshmir Kaur Balochistan Subject to prevailing laws of (North).
Selection Method: Written test / interview in the concerned department was conducted at Mankar Gurstal Nawan Kali Road.
Reason for Disqualification: If the Fernator is declared physically unfit by Hospital Quetta or convicted of any offence.
