Senior Manager (Coordination)
Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GCCI)
The Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GCCI) invites applications from highly experienced, dynamic, and professionally competent candidates for the position of Senior Manager (Coordination). The ideal candidate must possess excellent English written and oral communication skills and have a strong background in coordination, administration, and stakeholder management. Candidates with experience in liaisoning with national and international organizations, government departments, diplomatic missions, development agencies, and industry associations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination with government, semi-government, and private-sector organizations
- Liaison with national and international bodies and diplomatic missions
- Drafting official correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Facilitating members and handling stakeholder communication
- Supporting policy advocacy and trade facilitation initiatives
- Maintaining records, follow-ups, and office documentation systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Proven experience in coordination and office management
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at senior levels
- Strong organizational, drafting, and documentation skills
- Professional, disciplined, and results-oriented approach
