(1) Recruitment shall be in accordance with the proposed recruitment policy.

(2) Only Punjab domiciled hopefuls are eligible to apply.

The application must be submitted with complete information such as name, parentage, date of birth, educational certificates, domicile, technical education, experience and full address along with a certified copy of computerized identity card (which is not expired), two attested passport size nine-to-one.

(4) Relaxation in upper age limit will be given as per prevailing policy of Punjab Government.

(3) Government and semi-government employees should send their applications through departmental channels.

(5) Use a separate envelope for each vacancy and must write the name of the vacancy along with the phone number prominently on the envelope.

Applications for different posts in the same envelope will be rejected.

(6) Candidates appearing for the test interview of all the posts should bring the original documents. Candidates coming without documents will be ineligible for interview. No TADA will be given to deceased / candidates appearing for interview.

(7) Only eligible candidates will be called for test interview.

(8) The Competent Authority / Military Secretary to the Governor may also terminate these posts without notice.

(9) Candidates must be religiously and physically healthy.

(10) Even the selection competent authority will be subject to the approval of the Military Secretary and security clearance and the competent authority may increase or decrease the advertised vacancy at any time.

(11) Last date of receipt of applications till 19.12.2024 Thursday during office hours by postal courier at the following office.
