* 2-3 yrs experience in OTN/DWDM Network Operations

* Provide technical support for the OTN/DWDM network installation, commissioning and FAT

* Develop SOP for in-plant teams

* Ensure adherence to corporate policies

* Recommend improvements for OTN NW optimization and work efficiencies

* Coordinate vendor and stakeholder activities for OTN NW optimization

* Handle DCN and synchronization planning

* Manage NW Management Systems focusing on FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Account, Performance, and Security Management) functions

* Manage traffic and configure OTN services as per NW needs
