* 3-5 Years experience in Human Resource Management aspects in a well-reputed National/International Organization. * Proficient in HRM application handling. * Prepare and issue policy, instructions for the submission of reports and returns. * Deal with cases of pensions, discharge and transfer of civilian employees. * Posting, promotions, and terms and conditions of service of all civilians within the framework laid down by the Director General. * Preferable (Retired-VMS officers/Civil)

BS Telecom/Electrical/Electronics/Software/Computer System Engineering or equivalent/higher.
