Company Secretary
Must be Member of recognised body of professional accountants; or
Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries; or
Person holding a master degree in business administration or commerce or being a law graduate from a university recognised by the Higher Education Commission.
Must have at-least five years of relevant experience.
Experience of Public Sector Company will be preferred.
Age must be less than 40 years.

The appointment will be on contract basis for a period of 01 year, extension is subject to satisfactory performance, mutual consent of both parties, availability of funds and management approval.
