Job Description (JD):
The CFO will be responsible for leading the financial function, focusing on strategic planning, execution, directing, controlling, and staffing.
Qualification:
Applicants must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants.
Experience:
A minimum of 13 years of post-qualification experience is required, including at least 5 years in a senior financial management position within a large commercial or public sector organization, preferably in the energy sector, with total assets of PKR five billion or more. Thorough knowledge of accounting, reporting standards, taxation, compliance, and commercial law is also necessary.
