INSTRUCTIONS:

1. The candidates apply through prescribed online Application on the website of Government College Women University, Faisalabad (http://www.gcwuf.edu.pk) and should be submitted with fee deposit slip of RS. 3000/- in favor of Government College Women University, Faisalabad, NBP (0559) Fee collection Account No. 3003311185.

2. The candidates from abroad will follow the same procedure for applying except the value of their demand draft will be US $ 50/-

3. Duly filled in application forms, supported with attested copies of educational testimonials / experience certificates, CNIC, three recent photographs and an update CV should be sent to the Recruitment Cell, Government College Women University, Faisalabad.

4. Incomplete or applications received after due date will not be entertained.

5. The candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate Job Application with necessary documents, complete in all respects (WITH SEPARATE BANK FEE DEPOSIT SLIP FOR EACH POST).

6. The candidates already in Service must apply through proper channel by the due date. Certificate(s) issued from their Head of Institution / Organizations by due date, otherwise their Application shall be considered incomplete and liable to be rejected

7. The Candidates must attach HEC Equivalence Certificate (s), where applicable, otherwise their applications will not be entertained/ considered.

8. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Certificate of Post-graduate teaching experience (updated) in the relevant subject, clearly mentioning the duration of Post-graduate teaching experience, and other experience certificates, duly issued by the concerned Head(s) of the Department / Competent Authority must be attached. No advantage, whatsoever, would be given if Experience Certificates are not attached. No advantage for incomplete certificate will be given.

9. The University reserves the rights not to fill/withdraw the post without giving any reason.

11. No application will be entertained after due date and time.

Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview and short listing of the candidates shall be made in accordance with the procedure laid down by the University (No objection/claim in this regard by the candidate will be entertained).

2. Age relaxation in upper age limit will be granted as per approved service statutes of GCWUF.

3.The University is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency/Post Office/Telephonic message.

4. No TA/DA would be admissible when called for interview.
