Qualification & Experience
Qualification: 16 Years of education of B.E.(Civil) /MBA/M.Com/ in First Class from HEC recognized University / Institution. Third (3rd) Division shall not be considered in any academic qualification. Experience: Minimum (17) years' relevant experience in BPS-17 or equivalent to BPS-17 or above in a recognized University/Government Department /Autonomous organization/ Private firms of repute/ Institute (National or International).
Knowledge & Skills: The candidate must have command over finance, budgeting, audit, and government procedures including SPPRA Rules, 2010. Candidate must have exposure of preparation of concept papers, need assessment, proposals for grant, schemes (Projects/PC- I) including civil works, etc. Compiling and analyzing Data of university (including, students & teachers), knowledge of accreditations, MOUS with different national & international institutions and knowledge of higher training & scholarships would be added advantages. Preference shall be given to university experienced candidates.

Only the candidates having Sindh Province domicile should apply.
Maximum age limit is 45 years till date of closing (age relaxation would be considered as per Govt. policy). Candidates serving in Government/Semi-Government and autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel accompanied by NOC from the employer and will be responsible for getting themselves relieved properly from their departments
